This notice describes how Calder Group, Inc. handles information from website visitors, purchasers and business contacts.

This website

The Calder website does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, customer accounts, upload forms or application cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Purchases

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. Calder does not receive or store full card numbers. Calder receives order details needed to fulfill and support a purchase, which may include name, business name, email address, purchased product, payment status and transaction identifiers. Stripe handles information under its own privacy terms.

Business inquiries

If you email Calder, we process your address, message and information you choose to provide to respond, maintain business records and protect the company. Keep initial inquiries non-confidential.

Product and service information

Do not send confidential records, personal data, protected health information, regulated information or employer-owned materials unless Calder has approved a written scope and secure transfer method. The public website does not accept customer-data uploads.

Use, retention and disclosure

Calder uses information to fulfill orders, communicate with customers, operate and secure the business, maintain financial records and meet legal obligations. Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, payment processing, email, accounting, security or legal compliance, subject to their applicable terms. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for those purposes and applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may ask about information you have provided, correct contact details or request deletion where Calder is not required to retain the record. Contact info@caldergroupinc.com. Calder may need to verify the request.
