Store terms

New orders are closed as of September 12, 2026. Calder is not accepting preorders, deposits or reservations. The historical release dates and refund terms below apply only to any earlier purchases and do not announce a new sale or delivery commitment.

These terms apply to purchases made from Calder Group, Inc. through this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to the product description shown at checkout and these terms.

Founding digital releases

PAVE Signal / 001 and CapEx Red Flag Engine / 002 are limited founding releases. Access instructions are targeted for delivery by September 21, 2026. If Calder does not deliver access by that date, the purchaser may request a full refund. Founding products may evolve; the purchased release includes the deliverables described on the store page at the time of purchase.

Service reservations

A Portfolio Risk Snapshot purchase is a $250 reservation credited toward a scoped $1,250 engagement. It does not by itself authorize Calder to receive customer data or begin work. Scope, timing, data permissions and the remaining fee must be confirmed in writing. The reservation is fully refundable if written scope and data permissions are not mutually confirmed within five business days after purchase.

Refund requests

To request an eligible refund, email info@caldergroupinc.com from the address used at checkout and identify the purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; financial institutions may take additional time to post them.

Use and limitations

Products are licensed to the purchaser for internal business use and may not be resold, redistributed, published or used to create a competing commercial product. Outputs support business judgment and are not engineering, legal, accounting, tax or investment advice. Purchasers remain responsible for independent professional review and decisions.

Customer information

Do not provide confidential records, personal data, protected health information, regulated information or third-party intellectual property unless Calder first approves a written scope and secure transfer method. Purchasers represent that they have authority to provide any information submitted.

Payments

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Stripe. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Taxes, if legally required, may be handled separately; Calder does not represent that an amount displayed includes every tax obligation applicable to the purchaser.

Availability and changes

Calder may limit founding-release quantities, pause new orders, correct obvious errors or update future offerings. Changes do not remove a purchaser’s stated refund rights for an existing order.
